Carrier Partners: We collaborate with premier international logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS (Priority services). Transit Times: Standard delivery to European destinations typically requires 6 to 10 calendar days. Order Tracking: To maintain transparency, automated notifications will be sent to your registered email address at key milestones: upon dispatch, when the parcel reaches the logistics hub, and when the order is out for local delivery. Delivery Enquiries: Should a shipment exceed the standard transit timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Depending on the investigation’s outcome, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
Transfer of Risk and Ownership In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with Not Even Solomon Pressed Floral Inc. until the moment the consumer, or a designated third party, physically acquires possession of the items. In such instances, the customer is not required to return the damaged components to our facility.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection regulations of the customer’s country of residence within Europe.
